    Elsie works at the intersection of outdoor culture, tourism, strategy and creative direction - combining market intelligence, behavioural insight and creative thinking in ways that rarely fit neatly into a spreadsheet.

    With more than 20 years’ experience spanning alpine tourism, strategic consulting, destination development and brand strategy, she has worked across tourism boards, startups, government projects, alpine resorts and founder-led businesses navigating fast-moving and often unpredictable markets.

    Her strength lies in seeing the bigger cultural shift behind the business problem - understanding not just what people buy, but what they believe in, aspire to, reject and rally around. Equal parts strategist, systems thinker and creative instigator, Elsie is known for connecting dots quickly, challenging conventional thinking and turning scattered ideas into direction people can actually move on.

    She brings both strategic depth and cultural instinct to The Untamed - helping brands and destinations create work that feels commercially sharp, culturally relevant and impossible to confuse with corporate wallpaper.

  • Operations / Growth / Execution

    Elyshia is the operational backbone of The Untamed - the person responsible for making sure ambitious ideas survive contact with reality.

    With senior leadership experience across tourism, outdoor sports, retail, fashion and business management, she specialises in operations, growth, delivery and building systems that hold together under pressure.

    Before The Untamed, Elyshia led one of Asia’s largest alpine rental and retail operations, overseeing large teams, multi-location logistics and high-pressure peak-season environments where customer experience, commercial performance and operational precision all had to work simultaneously.

    Grounded, commercially sharp and relentlessly capable, Elyshia combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She’s the rare kind of operator who can move from high-level business strategy to solving the actual problem in front of her without losing momentum.
